I’m a holistic psychotherapist, nervous system coach, yoga therapist, and pain specialist.

You might be surprised to hear that when I was 20 years old, I started experiencing chronic and unexplainable pain, even though I was “healthy.” 

When I was in grad school to become a therapist, I found myself lying in bed every single night, unable to sleep and crying uncontrollably from severe pain I didn’t know the cause of. Even though I tried everything, I couldn’t figure out the answer. I couldn’t even connect the dots. 

Eventually, I entered a deep depression. That’s when a close friend recommended that I see a psychotherapist and after 6 months of going deep and doing the work, ~85% of my pain went away. So far so good. 

Fast forward a few years and I started experiencing unexplainable histamine reactions, chronic fatigue and debilitating headaches. I was reacting to all my favorite foods, so I restricted my diet to chicken and veggies, every single day, at *almost* every single meal.

It seemed “out of nowhere,” until I learned later on that it was my body’s way of letting me know that something was wrong. Then I found a functional doctor and ordered just about every diagnostic test under the sun. No dice. 

Eventually, I realized that the mind-body connection I’d discovered years prior, which also helped me manage my fibromyalgia, was the key to it all.

That by regulating my brain and my nervous system—through a holistic protocol based on modalities that worked best for me—I’d be able to heal my symptoms again.

I discovered a mix of modalities that I can lean on if and when I ever experience symptoms, instead of feeling like there was absolutely nothing I could do and I was just stuck. 

And now those modalities that have helped my clients AND myself are EXACTLY what I’m teaching you inside of The Mind-Body Healing Method.

  • Absolutely! Many of my clients tell me that they often see deeper, faster, and longer-lasting results, even after years of therapy. This course is designed to teach you about the tools you need to serve your body outside of the therapist’s chair, so you show up differently and feel better outside of your weekly sessions.

  • I suggest giving at least 1 hour per week to the material. As long as you can commit to 20 minutes a day for most days, you’ll be doing great!

  • There is no refund at this time as we suggest that you work through the course fully to help you see results.
