Life has many ups and downs and I truly believe that no matter what we’ve experienced in life, with the right tools and support, we have the ability to heal and live a life that aligns with our true self.
Elevate Therapy & Wellness was founded to help people heal and grow in their life on all levels. We believe there is no one way of doing things and that you are the first priority in your healing. We take a holistic approach to therapy utilizing the mind and body in our therapeutic modalities. It is of utmost importance that we focus on what is best for you in your time of need. This may mean that we have a session that is purely talk therapy and working through a difficult time or situation, or this may mean that we start off with talk therapy and go into a mindfulness sessions of breathwork or meditation. Now, if that is not your thing, no worries, we got you. We make sure to meet you exactly where you are and help you in the best way we can.
Our therapists are all dual trained in psychotherapy and some other type of physical movement therapy like yoga or pilates for example. It is our belief system that health encompasses mental, physical, and spiritual so we have to incorporate it all as much as we can, within our scope of practice.
